VANISHING POINT Rejoined By Keyboardist DAN OLDING

Australian progressive metal band VANISHING POINT have been rejoined by keyboardist Dan Olding.

The following is Olding's official statement announcing his decision to return to the fold:

"I won't make this a big long letter like last time because now I have much happier news to report... After almost a year away from it all, the batteries are fully re-charged and I am ready to rock! Subsequently, as of April 2003 I once again became a full time member of VANISHING POINT. Yay!

"As you know, VANISHING POINT are still hard at work on the new CD 'A Life Less' and with most of the instrumentation now completed the vocal baton has been passed to young Silvio who is laying down his unique sultry tones as I write this... @:-o. And let me warn you, if you think that this cat sang well last time, you should hear his work so far, I guarantee that you will all be blown away!!! @:-)

"Finally before I go, on behalf of myself and VANISHING POINT, we would like to extend a heartfelt thanx to Leonard for filling in on keyboards during my absence and we wish him and MANIC OPERA nothing but the best for the future...

"Well, that's about all from me for the moment, thank you all for your continued and undying support and we will see you all at the next show!!!!"

VANISHING POINT's third album, "A Life Less", is being recorded at Palm Studios in Melbourne with producer Endel Rivers. A late summer/early fall release is expected.
